The SEAFOOD-AGE consortium is glad to announce the Final Conference and Brokerage Event, which will take place on 19th and 20th October 2022 at Vigo.
This face-to-face event will consist of two-days of talks and group discussions and interviews addressed to tackle the production of ready-to-eat seafood for healthy ageing, eco-innovative packaging based on circular economy principles and smart predictive labelling, that guarantee better quality, safety throughout the value chain, and minimum food waste.
On day 1: Final Conference:
A first session will be focused on the technical results and be more science-driven and a second one, after lunch, will be aimed at showcasing the industrial achievements.
On Day 2: Brokerage Event:
Bringing together researchers, industry and society in an event where interaction will be facilitated both in group discussions and individually, through peer to peer interviews among attendees and project developers, with the aim to capitalise on the project achievements.
